- Estimate meals one food item at a time. For example, estimate the size of the burger then the size of the fries rather than trying to estimate the full "burger and fries" at once.
- Try to record your estimate in Pertinacity right after you eat. You'd be surprised how easy it is to forget to record it later on.
- Be consistent about the time of day when you weigh yourself since your weight may fluctuate with time of day.
